PURCHASING DETAILS
Once you have chosen your piece of jewellery and we have confirmed it is still available we will raise you a PayPal Invoice.
UK CUSTOMERS
UK Customers have the choice to either pay over the phone through our secure Credit Card machine in the shop or use PayPal.
The address that your Credit Card is registered to must match the address the items are being sent to.
We will only send things either by Recorded or Special Delivery Postal Services. This is the safest way to send jewellery and both options will require a signature on delivery.
Special Delivery is guaranteed by the Post Office to arrive the next day.
Prices depend on the weight and value of the item/s.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Can pay us only using PayPal.
We post almost anywhere in the world using Royal Mail International Insured Signed For Service.
This service ensures security for both parties through Paypal.
International postage prices are charged based on the weight and insurance value of the item/s purchased.
We will combine postage charges for multiple items.
Customs or handling charges that may be levied by the country of destination are beyond our control, and we are unable to accept any responsibility for these.
We do our utmost to provide excellent communication and customer service.
We will always endeavor to dispatch the items within 24 hours of receiving payment.
However, if the payment comes in at the end of the week (Friday) or at the weekend, we post the items the following Monday.
We will send you an email confirming when your item/s have been posted with the Postage Reference Number for your information.
Orders are Sent via this service and will require a signature on delivery.
Please allow up to 10 – 14 working days for orders to arrive.
